Karen Ross

Karen joined Charity People after working for various firms in the City. A temporary and contract specialist, she has gained a wealth of experience of placing candidates in roles. Never one to shirk a tough assignment, she combines superb market knowledge with real recruitment know-how. She also has perhaps the most glamorous background of us all. A former dancer, she's been a nun in the Sound of Music and is always the first in the office to burst into song whenever the feeling grabs her.

Julian has worked at Charity People since 2001, and now specialises in Professional Membership Bodies, so if you call him and he's not answering the phone, it's because he's busy interviewing candidates for a royal College or a Chartered Institute! Julian also manages the animal and environmental charities, which is his greatest passion, inside and outside of work. A committed gym-goer, Julian speaks French and Spanish and is as much at home in the jungles of Costa Rica as he is in the urban jungle of London...


Natasha Waas

Natasha is a seasoned professional in the world of recruitment, with over ten years' experience to her name. She has considerable experience of placing people at all levels, and has gained an excellent reputation for taking on the most challenging briefs. She's also the first port-of-call for many of our clients when they are looking for expert advice on recruitment issues. In her spare time, she supports a local mental health hospital and acts as a fundraiser for a variety of projects in Sri Lanka, including a leprosy hospital and an orphanage.
