It all began in 1990, when we became one of the first
recruitment agencies to specialise in the not-for-profit sector. Since then,
we have developed a wealth of recruitment expertise and helped a lot of
organisations to thrive and prosper.
As an agency, we are proud to be different. We are motivated by the desire
to make the not-for-profit sector a natural career choice for ambitious,
talented professionals. That is why we created
forum3, Europe's largest recruitment fair for the not-for-profit sector.
It is also why we continue to build partnerships with the sector generally,
through our Charity of the Year awards and other initiatives.
Our honest, down-to-earth approach means we have built up a lot of strong
relationships down the years. Charities, NGOs, housing associations, arts
organisations - all have built enduring partnerships with Charity People. As
the flagship brand of the People Unlimited Group, we have an great set of
